Delete your Chillky account

What to include

Include the email or sign-in provider used for Chillky, your display name if available, and a clear statement that you want your Chillky account deleted. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment cards, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Verification

We may ask you to verify control of the account before deleting data. If we cannot verify the request, we may deny or limit deletion to protect the account from unauthorized removal.

Data scheduled for deletion

• Your Chillky account record and authentication profile, subject to provider limits.
• Your Chillky profile, profile photo, settings, saved people, recents, invite records, and preferences.
• Saved transcripts, summaries, translations, reminders, and AI artifacts associated with your account when they are not required for legal, safety, fraud, security, or dispute reasons.

Timing

After a verified deletion request, active account data is scheduled for deletion or de-identification within 30 days. Backups and provider caches may take up to 90 days to expire or be overwritten.

Data that may be retained

• Limited fraud, abuse, security, legal, tax/accounting, dispute, consent, and deletion-request records.
• Data we must keep to comply with law, enforce terms, protect users, respond to lawful requests, or maintain backup/provider integrity.
• Aggregated or de-identified metrics that no longer identify you.

Audio storage note

Chillky does not store call audio recordings. Saved transcripts, summaries, translations, reminders, and AI artifacts may exist only when enabled or needed for service, safety, debugging, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
